Nhân viên ở đây vô cùng thân thiện, họ giúp chúng tôi mọi thứ.Chúng tôi đã có phòng trên tầng thứ 3 với một ban công nhìn ra đường phố. Mặc dù nó có thể là vô cùng ồn ào, nhưng chúng tôi không nghe thấy tiếng ồn nhiều khi ngủ. Các phòng rất sạch sẽ, rất lớn và trang trí đẹp. Tôi muốn giới thiệu cho tất cả mọi người tới đây vì khách sạn này quá tuyệt vời.

Hotel was located in good location can walk and buy something nearby hotel. Room is clean and nice.The breakfast was very nice on the top floor and the bed very comfortable. overall very happy with hotel and would stay there again.

A very clean and stylish hotel. Bed was comfortable. TV was good and the Ha Long Boat Tour booked through them was fun. The staff were helpful and the breakfast and coffee were decent as well. It's in an interesting if not noisy area. It's a nice walk into the Old Quarter but it can be dodgy returning at night. Had the experience of nearly getting fleeced by a ghost meter cab. I recommend getting the hotel staff to call you a cab or at least recommend reliable companies to take. I'd stay with them again.
Like I said before, watch the taxis you take. Things close up kind of early there if you are hungry. Stay on well lit roads if you are walking home. Hanoi feels safe but I prefer not to carry much cash on me.

My room was booked by my friends in Vietnam and I was not disappointed. The room is definitely beautiful. It is large, very clean and quiet. In the room has a window is an plus. The staff is excellent. You will need a big assist from them. I just stay 1 night and book the tour to Sapa for 3 nights at the travel desk. I definitely recommend this hotel. Lời khuyên về ngắm cảnh: Walking to Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Hanoi Citadel, Tran Quoc Pagoda by yourself with a short walk.

Tôi đã ở phòng Basic tại khách sạn này trong 4 đêm cuối cùng của một chuyến đi dài và không thể nào quên. Các nhân viên rất tốt và nhiệt tình, luôn chỉ cho chúng tôi những địa điểm đẹp và thu hút trong Phố Cổ. Phòng được trang trí rất đẹp với những chạm khắc đặc biệt, phòng tắm là nơi tôi rất thích. Vị trí thuận lợi với những cửa hàng lưu niệm và nhiều nhà hàng rất tiện mua một số quà tặng cho bạn bè tôi. Các không gian công cộng trong khách sạn rất đẹp và thoải mái và có máy tính giúp chúng tôi lướt web thoải mái. Tôi thấy rằng giá cả khách sạn là phải chăng
