i arrived in saigon and went by taxi to hong tien loc 1 hotel. they had received my booking but unfortunately they had forgotten to save a room. they rectified this immediately by upgrading me to the hong tien loc 1 hotel for the night and transrerred me there by motorbike (an experience in itself.) next day they motorbiked me back. the rooms were clean and adequate and the staff very friendly. the hotel is in a good location close to a lot of the sites tourists like to see. all in all i had a good stay and it was good vaue for money. would recommend.
