Cut off date for groups of less than 15 rooms: 30 days. And for groups more than 15 rooms: 40 days. If the Hotel doesn’t receive any reconfirm in writing on the due date, all the block rooms automatically released out of the system and considered to be cancelled.

My wife and I had spent 4 nights in Hanoi Emotion Hotel. A very nice hotel although relatively small but located right in the central district of Dong Da. The services from the hotel staffs had been really helpful and very friendly. The panoramic view from the restaurant balcony is fantastic.
Ask the bell boy to get you a vietnamese simcard, cheaper and more convenient.

Chúng tôi ở khách sạn này một vài giờ vào buổi sáng sớm sau khi nhận được vé tàu đi Sapa từ khách sạn, chúng tôi đã đặt chuyến đi này với khách sạn vào hôm trước. Các phòng lớn, giường thoải mái, phòng tắm sạch sẽ và rộng rãi, các bữa ăn sáng thì thật tuyệt vời. Khách sạn có giá cả rất hợp lý

- Nhân viên thân thiện, dễ mến - thái độ phục vụ chua đáo - Bạn mất 45 phút đi bộ đến Hồ Hoàn Kiếm hoặc đi taxi sẽ mất 3$. Nếu bạn đi bảo tàng Hồ Chí Minh thì bạn có thể đi bộ mất 20 phút,Bạn gái tôi đã không phàn nàn về vấn đề này.

Gia đình chúng tôi ở lại khách sạn này đã 4 lần và chắc chắn chúng tôi sẽ khuyên các bạn nên lựa chọn nơi này nếu có dịp phải nghỉ lại ở ngoài. Các nhân viên luôn sẵn lòng giúp đỡ bạn và thật sự họ rất có năng lực để đáp ứng các yêu cầu của bạn, họ thực sự làm mọi nỗ lực để giúp chúng tôi trong bất kỳ cách nào họ có thể. Các phòng được sạch sẽ và rộng rãi. Phòng tắm hiện đại và họ có vòi hoa sen tuyệt vời. Hệ thống nước nóng rất tiện lợi và đảm bảo. Bữa sáng đc thay đổi thực đơn thường xuyên và chế biến rất ngon. Đây thật sự là nơi đáng tin cậy. Ngoài ra nếu muốn dạo chơi phố cổ bạn chỉ mất 10-15’ taxi.
