Tôi đã cảm nhận được sự chào đón của họ ngay từ khi họ đón tôi tại sân bay. Người lái xe phải chờ 1 tiếng do chuyến bay của tôi muộn hơn dự kiến. Tuy nhiên anh vẫn mỉm cười vui vẻ và xách hộ vali của tôi ra xe. Khách sạn mới và các phòng đều sạch sẽ. Phòng có máy tính kết nối internet. Nhân viên ở đây rất thân thiện, giống như những gì tôi tưởng tượng.Ăn sáng là OK. Tôi đặt một tour du lịch tới Vịnh Hạ Long qua khách sạn, và nó là quá tốt

My stay was absolutely great and pleasant as the staffs were friendly and helpful. This hotel offered me more than what i paid.
You can get a fairly good tour with this hotel and do not take the taxi from the airport as it's overcharged but make arrangement with this hotel prior to your arrival as it's only half the price.

So với giá cả của Khách sạn thì mọi thứ đều tuyệt vời. Phòng sạch sẽ, được trang bị đầy đủ các tiện nghi và không quá nhỏ. Khá ngạc nhiên là nó có một két an toàn trong 1 căn phòng giá rẻ đến như thế. Các phòng tắm rất sạch sẽ và cũng có đầy đủ các thiết bị. Các nhân viên tiếp tân rất chào đón và nhiệt tình. Vị trí rất tiện, gần ga tàu hỏa nhưng hơi xa trung tâm phố cổ.

Generally, the stay was pretty good. The staff was pretty helpful and friendly, even helping me book the cheapest choice I could find in Hanoi for Halong Bay. There was a slight confusion in the beginning in which they did not inform me they were temporarily placing me in an upgrade room until they had availability. However, I suppose I received a weeks' worth at a discounted price. Overall, it met it met my standards to live there for 2.5 weeks.
Lời khuyên về ngắm cảnh: Hanoikids.org is a student led organization in which students provide free tours to tourists in order to practice their English. However, if they're driving you around I would suggest tipping them a little for gas and lunch for spending the day with you.
