great and helpfull staff. I felt very comfortable and welcome at this hotel, although the hotel is 10-15 minutes away from the Haiphong City Center. But the staff doing the utmost for making your stay as perfect as possible. Thanks alot!
great point to explore Halong Bay and Cat Ba Island (45min speedboad)

Nice hotel, but a lot of traffic noise outside. The room was nice and there were some fruits for us to eat. In the hotel there is also a restaurant. The food wasn't the most delicious one, but OK. Breakfast buffet was good.

this is my first stay in this hotel. hotel was well located near the business area and convenient to go to the city by taxi with few kilometers away. breakfast in hotel was ok but lack of variety of foods. hotel staffs were friendly and helpful. i will refer to friends to stay in the hotel in future.
