this is a nice option for the classic halong cruise. we opted for a 2-night excursion. the rooms are comfy, nicely decorated and air conditioned. food is also good - and there is plenty of it! many different dishes at lunch and dinner. very nice roof terrace to enjoy the gorgeous bay. definitely a very planned-out itinerary - activities aren't really optional. (at least not without making a big fuss). also important to be on time for all activities or you'll get several staff members at your door until you appear.
