We stayed at the Hibiscus Hotel in October 2011. We had a lovely 5 night stay and it made our experience in Hanoi even better than it could have been. We had been travelling through Asia for 5 months and arriving at the hotel it was a little haven to relax. The rooms are new, clean, all white and modern. The price really don't not compare to the standard of the hotel. The bathrooms are modern and clean with a great feel throughout the hotel. Madam the owner was very accommodating and ever cooked us dinner for free as a thank you. Nothing was too much for the staff and Madam. Only negative was the building site next door which was a little noisy in the mornings. But this can't last for long till the building work is complete. We have friends in hanoi this month and have sent them straight to the Hibiscus Hotel for the price, location and standard you would be sill to stay in a hotel for more! It really is everything you need if you don't want to pay the earth but like 4* or more!!

My husband coordinated with to prepare something for us on our anniversary when we arrive at the hotel and she did. the set-up was so sweet complete with flowers, chocolates and a whole lot of fresh lychees, my favorite! the room was heaven for us. even if we were tired from all the tours that we did, my husband and i were comforted by the thought that we were about to see our uber comfortable and cozy room. to tell you the truth, on our last day in hanoi, we were tempted to just stay in because the bed was sooo comfy and the ambiance was just relaxing. Ms. Dom, or Mommy as we call her, was the sweetest. She had the warmest welcome for us every time we were back from a tour. she arranged tours for us and wanted to feed us all the time! she really was our mommy in vietnam! i would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat

khách sạn này nằm ở vị trí tốt - gần với các nhà hàng nổi tiếng. chủ sở hữu khách sạn rất hữu ích, các nhân viên thì lịch sự, thân thiện, hữu ích và hiếu khách.Khách sạn không có thang máy vì vậy nếu bạn có hành lý nặng thì nó cũng là 1 vấn đề, mà cũng sẽ không có ai giúp đỡ bạn. Bạn nên chọn 1 tầng thấp thôi, nếu không bạn sẽ phải leo cầu thang cả ngày, nó còn mệt hơn là đi dạo quanh Hà Nội. Địa điểm của khách sạn rất dễ dàng để đi bộ đến tất cả các điểm du lịch của Hà Nội. Khách sạn rất thoải mái, sạch sẽ và tv có truyền hình cáp

Tôi ở tại khách sạn Hibiscus trong 5 ngày khi tôi ở Hà Nội. Đó là một trải nghiệm tuyệt vời! Tôi đi công tác rất nhiều nên tôi phải tìm hiểu kỹ về các khách sạn, khách sạn này tôi lựa chọn sau khi nghe các ý kiến phản hồi tốt . The Hibiscus Hotel is a gem: a small, very clean and well maintained hotel, with good sized rooms, and exceptionally helpful and friendly staff, led by the indefatigable Mrs Nguyen, who couldn't have done more to make my stay enjoyable. The hotel is only a five minute walk from the lake, but is tucked away in an interesting and quiet corner, near the Catholic Cathedral. I had a great time, and recommend it strongly, as excellent value for money.
