This is really nice hotel in the heart of Hanoi, surrounded by local coffee shops and just 10 mins to Hoan Kiem. The staff is amazing, rooms are comfortable and light-flooded, The choice of breakfast is special: different kinds of very good local food. We really enjoyed the stay.

although having a lovely restaurant menu of apprix 20 dishes only three dishes were available. Similarly with the soft drinks and tea/coffee also the coffee and tea are served tepid warm when asked for hot coffee. Also The hotel do not change up money to vnd and ATMs are not in walking distance!!!

Rất gần các quán ăn,trung tâm thành phố và hồ Hoàn Kiếm. Bạn có thể đi dạo trong khu phố cổ. Tuy nhiên buổi tối thì rất ồn , sẽ khó chịu cho những ai cần yên tĩnh.

Bạn tôi và tôi đã đặt trước một căn phòng tại khách sạn này. Các phòng đều cơ bản nhưng tốt. Khách sạn nằm ngay trong trung tâm của Hà Nội và chỉ mất vài phút để đi bộ đến các điểm tham quan. Đường phố ở đây thật ồn ào, nhưng cũng dễ hiểu vì nó là đường Hà Nội. Nhân viên rất chuyên nghiệp khi sắp xếp cho chúng tôi lịch tham quan thành phố và các nhà hàng tốt nhất. Họ cố gắng bán các tour du lịch đến Hạ Long, Sapa … tôi đã đặt 1 tour sau khi so sánh giá ở đây với các nơi khác. Họ không hề đánh bóng mình ở mọi lĩnh vực nên rất thoải mái để chúng tôi đặt phòng.Họ cũng trông coi hành lý cho khách khi đi Hạ Long.Các tour du lịch rất tốt, giúp tôi thư giãn nhiều. Nói chung khách sạn là 1 nơi tốt để nghri ngơi, giá cả hợp lý, nhân viên thân thiện, vị trí thuận tiện.
