Chúng tôi ngạc nhiên thấy rằng có kết nối Internet miễn phí trong phòng. Việc quản lý tốt khiến chúng tôi yên tâm để hành lý trong khách sạn cho một đêm khi chúng tôi đi Vịnh Hạ Long. Vị trí của khách sạn rất tốt vì nó gần nhà thờ và nhà hàng phục vụ cả món ăn châu Á và phương Tây. Tôi rất thích vị trí ở đây.

Our stay was very pleasureable. The room was a decent size with soft mattresses, wooden floorboards, fridge, cable TV, air con, and coffee/tea making facilities. The bathroom was clean with plenty of hot water available. The staff were friendly and willing to help with any requests promptly. They did not try and push day trips etc on to you. The hotel is situated in a quieter picturesque street in the Old Quater of Hanoi - a few minutes walk from Hoan Kiem lake and the market areas. There are a few bars nearby. Kitchen provides breakfast but there could be more options.

This is a middle class hotel for people who like to stay in the middle of a very hectic china town with horrendous traffic and constantly horning. Front desk tries its best to be helpful but none of them speak proper English, so its not easy to understand them. That causes misunderstandings so be careful with bookings. The breakfast is not worth to be mentioned.

We first booked a front room, but requested to be changed to a back room because of the incessant Hanoi street noise. All the rooms are quiet comfortable and the style reminds of old french (paris) style.
The Vietnamese "Dalat wine " is very good and extremely cheap. 60.000 in a shop. About 200.000 in a restaurant.
