Đây là một khách sạn nhỏ tuyệt vời với phòng đẹp, phòng tắm sạch sẽ và đội ngũ nhân viên thực sự đáng yêu. Tôi đã ở đây 4 đêm và không may đã bị ốm, các nhân viên đã chăm sóc tôi rât chu đáo. Nó nằm khá gần với tất cả các điểm tham quan chính trong vòng 3-10 phút đi bộ. Và điều đặc biệt tôi được biết ở đây đó là có khá nhiều nhà hang ăn ngon ở khu vực này. Nhân viên tiếp tân vô cùng đáng yêu!!!

Thoải mái,sạch sẽ! Thời gian tôi nghỉ tại khách sạn nhân viên có thái độ niềm nở...Phục vụ tận tình chu đáo,phòng ốc sạch sẽ, tiện nghi đầy đủ.Tuy nhiên địa điểm hơi bẩt tiện vì đường ngược chiều nêb khó đi lại.

really friendly staff, great rooms, clean. location is a bit out of the way but still walking distance to major shopping. fantastic restaurant on the corner of the street and bakery too. average breakfast but brilliant otherwise.
go to the place on the corner of nam ngu - and then head ot the bakery for dessert!

Ở lại đây đêm đầu tiên tại Hà Nội và quay lại cho 2 đêm cuối của chuyến đi. Nhân viên không thể chu đáo hơn khi cung cấp bản đổ cho khách hàng và hướng dẫn họ. Phòng được dọn sạch , Bữa sáng là buffe, với nhiều sự lựa chọn. Yêu màu đen trắng của rèm cửa, cửa sổ lớn có thể nhìn ra đường phố. Bạn cũng có thê dễ dàng đi bộ đến hồ, các cửa hàng , tôi rất thích khi chụp được nhiều tấm ảnh đẹp bởi phố phường Hà Nội thật đặc biệt.

friendly staff always willing to help, good english language skills. situated in good location and very quite. good breakfast selection. very clean and tidy hotel alround would deffinately recommend.
Very good meal at thai express at top of lake in the old quarter, reasonably priced.
