nhân viên lịch sự, nhiệt tình, phòng rộng rãi, giá cả hợp lí. xin góp ý 2 điều nhỏ. Thứ nhất: phòng cho 2 người nhưng giường lại được ghép từ 2 tấm nệm đơn nên nằm rất khó chịu. Thứ 2 khăn tắm quá cũ, có chiếc đã rách mà vẫn đưa cho khách. Ga trải giường cũng khá cũ!
Ở tầng trên cùng khi trời mưa nước sẽ tạt vào của sổ nhỏ và gây đọng nước ngay trước mặt phòng, mình cũng thông cảm với chuyện này vì phố cổ khá chật, nên chỉ góp ý để có điều kiện thì các bạn nên sửa sang lại.

The officer at front desk is very nice, he has greatly of service mind. I checked out about 6:30am in hurry to the Airport and forgot my passport until the officer took motorcycle taxi follow me at Vietnam Aieline office, otherwise I might stay one more day in Hanoi. I would like to say thank you him again and really appriciated for this time.
