Điều đầu tiên tôi phải nói về khách sạn đó chính là vị trí. Vị trí gần Hồ Gươm và các khu vực trung tâm nên rất thuận tiện , khi đi bộ ở đây tôi cảm thấy hết sức an toàn. Các nhân viên khách sạn đã thể hiện sự chuyên nghiệp của mình khi giúp đỡ chúng tôi trong lúc chúng tôi gặp khó khăn. Phòng của chúng tôi có ban công nên nó khá ồn ào vào ban đêm. Cuối cùng là tôi cảm thấy hài lòng với giá cả cũng như bữa sáng của khách sạn.

Stayed here for 5 nights. Had a front room with a small balcony. Found this to be a bit noisy from the street but we were in a very busy part of Hanoi. Very close to the water Pupets and the lake. Staff were excelent and this is what made the stay here very good. Nothing was to much trouble. They could organize any thing and help with advise. Value for money.

Nhưng khi ở đây tôi mới biết là nó rất tốt, không chỉ đẹp, mà còn rất chất lượng. Vì vậy,tôi đã đặt 5 đêm thay cho 3 đêm như dự tính. Phòng lớn và có đầy đủ tiện nghi mà tôi cần. Tôi ở trong một căn phòng deluxe, căn phòng có 1 ban công rất lớn, tiền phòng là 48 $ bao gồm cả tiền ăn sáng , wifi miễn phí

The location is perfect, however i think the room is a bit old and quite small. It is a good place for just a good night sleep. The room is not that clean when we first arrived but they seem to managed it quite well.

My wife and I are happy with our stay at the hotel. It is located near the old quarters where the streets are always busy and full of activities. The hotel itself is quite clean and the staff are very friendly.
