Pleasantly surprised to see the room upon checking in. Good size room , well laid out with fabulous bathroom looking out into the river. Service was great and and most helpful when it came to suggestions for places to dine. They even arranged for taxi with instruction which made it very easy and hassel free for us.

i recieved a favourable room rate for this hotel and was put on the 8th floor so had stunning views of the city. the room was clean and of a high standard. the hotel is very clearly marked so it is hard to miss. the hotel had internet access in the lobby. on my last day my flight was delayed and the hotel staff really helped me to sort out an alternative flight and return to bkk. the hotel is near a number of good restaurants and shops. it is also a short taxi ride from the citadel. i booked my tours via the backpackers hostel which is near this hotel so it was a convenient place to stay. the hotel also has a restaurant, pool and fitness room so is convenient to stay in.

Nice hotel but maybe a little bland. We expected a modern hotel but found it to be a little worn and in need of a minor refurb. Staff were friendly enough but didnt really go the extra distance. Communication was a problem at times but thats probably our fault as much as theirs. Fantastic views from the top floor lounge and bar. Very romantic watching the sun go down, even for us oldies. Good choice of restaurants just up the road.
