We stayed there for 02 nites. The room was very new, nice and cozy. Hotel staff were friendly, helpful and quite professional. Breakfast was quite simple but we could not expect more in a 03 stars hotel. The location was not very good. It was about 15minutes walking to Truong Tien Bridge, but that was not a matter as we all enjoyed walking along the streets in Hue. The only thing i did not like much was the elevator. it was narrow and slow. But in general, this hotel is good to stay. We really had a good time there! Hopefully the hotel owner will keep maintaining the hotel room, as well as the good services. If i have a chance to come back to Hue, i will stay there again.

Chúng tôi đã có 1 kì nghỉ thoải mái ở ks Gold Hotel. Phòng ốc tương đối ổn, sạch sẽ, tiện nghi. Dịch vụ phòng tạm chấp nhận được. Gía cả hợp lí.

Nhan vien than thien va rat niem no. Khi check in neu co yeu cau gi nhan vien se dap ung. Noi chung toi hai long va se tiep tuc o ks nay neu quay lai Hue.

Phục vụ khách hàng rất chu đáo , phòng ốc sạch sẽ đầy đủ tiện nghi, thức ăn ngon vừa miệng giá cả phải chăng so với bên ngoài , buffe sáng ngon đa dạng theo sở thích nhiều người , nói chung rất tốt đối với khách du lịch .

Khách sạn mới nên nội thất tiện nghi và còn rất mới. Nhân viên phục vụ chuyên nghiệp, thân thiện. Khách sạn tuy không gần sông Hương lắm nhưng rất gần các quán ăn ngon.
