The staff was very helpful. When we couldn't have access to internet, they immediately looked into the matter. Breakfast was good. We checked out early and we could deposit our luggage with them. When we were back to collect our luggage they allowed us to take our shower foc. The receptionist even offered to call a cab for us to go to the train station.

Do chỉ lưu lại 1 đêm nên cũng ko nhiều ấn tượng về khách sạn. Nhưng nhìn chung Khách sạn tốt, nhân viên cũng nhiệt tình thân thiện.
Nếu muốn nghe ca hát và dạo thuyền trên sông Hương, các bạn nên vào phòng vé mua đàng hoàng, ko nên mua người bán dạo gần đó. Mắc hơn gấn gấp đôi.

Overall is great and the rooms is big and clean. However, wifi access is relatively weak from the room. Need to go lobby for internet access.

the location is good, within walking distance of the river, restaurants and shops. staffs are helpful & friendly. breakfast is fine. overall our stay here was lovely.
Hue is charming city! we love ancient royal palace & tombs.
