Khách sạn đẹp. vị trí thuận lợi, phòng ốc rộng rãi, tiếp tân chuyên nghiệp. Duy nhất 1 điều nếu điều chỉnh được thì Trường Giang là nơi lý tưởng cho khách nghỉ ngơi khi đến Huế: Bữa sáng khá nghèo nàn và trang trí khách sạn tẻ nhạt quá.

Khách sạn nằm ở vị trí thuận lợi cho sự đi lại của du khách. Nhân viên khách sạn chu đáo tận tình dễ thương. Tuy là khách sạn 2 sao nhưng các tiện nghi khá tốt. Gia đình tôi ở đó 4 ngày và thấy hài lòng. Nếu có dịp quay lại Huế thì tôi vẫn muốn ở đó.

Truong Giang is a good value hotel; just the basics, and close enough to be walking distance - but what makes this hotel unbelieaveable is the two hosts, a maried couple, Quoc and Giang. They far exceeded anything I had ever encountered: my friend first lost her wallet; and they arranged to take her to the police station and helped her file a report. Then she displaced her articial hip - and when I couldn't negotiated getting her out of the hospital - they went with me to help pay the hospital bill, and get her back home. That's just a couple of extraordinary things that this extraordinary couple did for us.
