Nhân viên phục vụ nhiệt tình nhưng phòng và đồ đạc quá cũ. Khách sạn khác xa so với hình ảnh trên Web.

Chúng tôi phải chờ một khỏang thời gian để đăng ký phòng và nhân viên thì chưa sẳn sàng phục vụ. Chúng tôi nhận nhầm phòng và nhờ nhân viên giúp đỡ. Phòng tương đối, hơi cũ và máy điều hòa hoạt động không ổn. Điều duy nhất là tầm nhìn cực đẹp. Từ khách sạn chúng tôi có thể ngắm cảnh xung quanh trong làn sương mù, tưởng chừng như đang trôi lơ lửng, không thể diễn tả được cảm giác lúc đó, thoáng mát và dễ chịu.

this hotel is located in cau may street, the main thoroughfare here in sapa town. the street is lined with many restaurants including italian, french, indian, and vietnamese cuisines.it also provides travel services to almost anywhere around sapa and beyond.
Ask for room with 2 balconies, one facing Sapa town and another side balcony facing the mountain.

the hotel is located in the center and has a nice view. the staff was very friendly and helpful. unfortunately we found it quite cold.

the staff were very nice and helpful. the rooms were clean and the the hotel was in a good position. the balcony had an excellent view and the price of the hotel was very cheap. the breakfast was good and the coffee hot. the staff were always happy to give advice and we felt looked after.
