i was stayed here for 2 nights. the location is not far from the central market just 4 min walk (it's on the same road as sapa summit).which i like is very closed to bagutte and chocolate restaurant. the room is comfort but too cold and no heater. staffs are quite poor in englich. however, we satisfy because it was really cheap.

i liked staying at this hotel, the staff and hotel management was very friendly and the hotel placement in the sapa area was ok, a short walk to the love market, and the view from my room was fantastic, i had my own balcony, room 102 and it was on the ground floor, very nice and very rare to get a room without going up many flights of stairs. i had the room to myself and it had two double beds in it, a huge room with a separate bathroom.
Great spot in Sapa, this hotel had its own small groceries store which was very handy indeed, it was up the hill from the normal down town hotels but in a good position in my opinion with great views.

A minute out of the main street so really quiet night sleep, comfy beds. Girls behind the desk were really sweet literally running to help and always with a smile. Great rooms with nice views, all basic though better than average for the price. Staff were great though watch the man as through booking a bus trip the price changed and when it arrived was more than full leading us to cancel. In all we were very happy with our stay.

Large rooms with a great view. Make sure you get one with a mini-fridge and a bathtub; we had neither, for some odd reason. Owner is friendly, will go out of his way to help. Motorbikes are in good working order - perfect for exploring the area. Next to a great little cafe. The location on the top of the hill is really nice, too.
Get onto a bike and get out of town! The villager touts will drive you insane if you stay in Sapa long. Pray it doesn't rain; you will be swarmed in the market. Get out, get lost and have some fun. Don't stay in town for long if you can help it. By the early evening the touts have started to walk home and you can enjoy yourself wandering around...but dress warm!
