Phòng lớn, giường thoải mái và ban công. Nhân viên chuyên nghiệp và thực phẩm tươi ngon. Nó nằm ở ngay trung tâm tuy nhiên cũng không có quá nhiều tiếng ồn. Điều hòa làm việc tốt. Giá mềm hơn so với những khách sạn ở khu vực đó. Chúng tôi sẽ ở lại đó một lần nữa.

I booked this room for my sister and her family while she stayed in Hanoi. They upgraded to the room with lake views and had two double beds. The internal decor was typically Asian, but very tasteful. The water pressure was great, and she really enjoyed the beef pho that they served for breakfast. Since I live in Westlake, this hotel location was very close and great for us. The room price is very reasonable. So if you wanta clean and friendly place out of the rat race of the old quarter, then you should check this out.

this is my second time at this hotel and this time, i chose the deluxe room,which doesn't has the lake view. for more, i think is worth to upgrade to the suite. there are plenty of restaurant nearby and if youlike spa, there are a few within walking distance.

Khách sạn có vị trĩ đẹp, cảnh nhìn ra hồ Tây, thoáng mát. phòng quá rộng cho 2 người. Khách sạn sạch dẹp nhưng xây đã lâu, Nội thất không phải hiện đại. Sảnh khách sạn Bình thường, hơi bất tiện về chỗ để xe ô tô.

Chúng tôi ở đây 2 đêm, các phòng đều rất sạch sẽ và hiện đại. Khách sạn nằm trong một khu vực đẹp của Hà Nội, chủ yếu là các nhà hàng quốc tế trong khu vực. Nhân viên khách sạn rất thân thiện và có khả năng nhưng do rào cản ngôn ngữ, khả năng của họ để hỗ trợ nhu cầu du lịch nói chung đã phần nào bị hạn chế. Khách sạn này là một lựa chọn tốt cho những người muốn ở lại trên hồ Tây Hồ và bạn có thể là trong khu phố cổ trong 15 phút.
