we stayed here for 2 nights while visiting the my tho-ben tre area. given we stayed in guesthouses and hotels all around vietnam, we would definitely recommend the song tien annex as one of the best values and hidden gems! a must-stay if you're in the area and need western comfort at reasonable prices. pros: - very accommodating and friendly staff - free and secure parking for motorbikes - motorbike rentals available (although it will be much more expensive and have less selection than hcmc or bigger cities where motorbike rentals are more common and competitively-priced) - rooms are very spacious, modern and extremely clean - bathroom fixtures are modern and very clean - good amenities: a/c, lots of hot water, big tv, lots of storage space - nice view of the river - reasonably priced cons: - wireless internet routers are only on odd-numbered floors. we stayed on the 2nd floor and got little-to-no reception. had to go downstairs in the lobby for full internet speeds.
